An assessment is not a paid order.

Submitting a public request asks for a relevant response. It does not create a subscription, activate customer-data processing, accept a workspace policy, or authorize supplier costs. Customer-specific service and processing terms require separate acceptance by an authorized Owner.

Readiness before workflow payment.

Live activation requires a verified intake source and fallback, working connections and mappings, an approved policy, applicable regional and operator readiness, and a valid evaluation or payment entitlement. Setup and shadow observation start no trial or pilot clock.

An invite-only trial runs for 14 elapsed days or 50 completed decisions from first approved live activation, whichever comes first. A separately accepted paid pilot is prepaid at the selected published tier’s USD price and allowance, lasts 30 elapsed days from accepted activation, and has no automatic renewal or paid overage. A recurring subscription requires a separate Owner decision.

Clear financial scope.

All launch charges are in USD, with applicable tax added. Canadian card issuers may apply exchange rates and fees. The current pricing page is generated from the versioned catalog and describes included decisions and optional costs.

Recurring overages need explicit Owner consent and a before-tax cap; they are invoiced separately after usage settlement. Supplier data has a separate authorization. Optional assisted setup is separately accepted and collected only after the deliverable is completed and accepted.

No browser return page proves payment. Unknown payment, refund, or activation outcomes require reconciliation before another collection or a promised refund completion.

Ending or restricting service.

Pilot expiry stops new normal processing and preserves bounded fallback and permitted access to prior records, billing, and privacy controls. There is no automatic subscription or backlog replay. Recurring cancellation takes effect at the confirmed paid boundary; plan changes are scheduled for the next period.

A verified base collection failure on an established recurring subscription has fixed 72-hour grace. Verified unpaid overage debt independently disables further paid overages while otherwise-valid paid included usage remains available.

If the workflow is conclusively unactivated and cannot pass readiness, its charge follows the original-payment refund and tax-correction process. A separately completed and accepted setup deliverable is distinct. After activation, the accepted reviewed terms govern credits and refunds; unused units alone do not create automatic prorated refunds.

Customer responsibilities and limits.

Customers retain responsibility for their sales process, permitted source information, field meanings, representative mappings, consent or other applicable authority, and a monitored fallback. QualiRelay does not provide a prospect database, autonomous outbound campaign, or guaranteed human response.

Qualification scores express rule-based evidence, including uncertainty; they are not conversion probabilities or a guarantee of commercial value. Customer-authorized changes and corrections are recorded without rewriting historical evidence.

The customer-specific agreement identifies the contracting party and sets the applicable governing terms, liability provisions, notices and language arrangements. Its accepted terms govern the customer relationship alongside the separately accepted service and processing scope. Contact [email protected] for the agreement and provider details.
