Give the alert an owner and a next step.
The initial Slack contract connects one workspace and an approved notification destination. A concise card links to the authenticated application and the permitted CRM record. Channel-visible fields are limited to what that audience is authorized to see.
An assigned representative can acknowledge responsibility. Eligible mapped participants can claim a shared-pool inquiry. Coordinators can act on behalf of a representative with that distinction recorded. A stale claim does not replace an already changed assignment.
An alert is not an acknowledgement. An acknowledgement is not a reply.
Delivery is recorded only after provider confirmation. A failed or unknown message outcome remains a delivery exception. The acknowledgement clock begins with the first confirmed notification for that assignment; repeated delivery cannot reset it.
Human response is a separate observation from a qualifying CRM activity or a labeled attestation. A button click, reaction, or bot message is not automatically counted as contact with the prospect.
Map identities explicitly.
Setup maps HubSpot owner IDs to the correct Slack team and user IDs, plus participating application memberships. A matching display name or email is a setup suggestion, not authorization. Existing owners without a participating Slack identity can remain valid owners, with an approved coordinator notified instead.
The bot needs permission to post and access to the chosen destination. QualiRelay verifies Slack’s request signatures and actor authorization for actions; an arbitrary action payload cannot grant workspace access. Slack interaction handling.
Keep a fallback outside one message.
The application retains the inquiry and its effect status when Slack is unavailable. A monitored coordinator destination, working hours, and handling procedure are approved before activation. Slack rate limits and ambiguous send outcomes require retries or reconciliation according to the actual result. Slack message API.
Live workspace installation, delivery, and action handling still require account verification. No claim of Slack certification or guaranteed human response is made.
